Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
Products must be unused and in original, resalable condition
Original packaging and tags must be intact
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Makeup & Cosmetics Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, makeup and cosmetic products cannot be returned if:

The product has been opened, tested, or used in any way
The seal has been broken or tampered with
The product shows signs of use or application

Unopened makeup items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
